Jane and David Fairweather will determine your current market value, review the neighborhoood comparable sales, analyze your equity, sales costs and repurchase costs and compare it to your improvement costs, available cash, financing options, and final home value after construction. A cost benefit analysis for both the move and improve approach will help the homeowner understand the risks, timeframes, and commitments associated with each.
