Debra makes sure every client receives the personalized service and attention that has become a Jane Fairweather Team trademark. She is an experienced agent who is trained to receive all buyer inquiries on your home, she will conduct a telephone buyer interview using a standard questionnaire designed to obtain critical information about the quality of buyer on the phone. Debra also monitors the MRIS hourly to keep up with the daily market developments; she also arranges showings and appointments for our buyer agents. If she doesn’t have an answer for you, she will definitely connect you to the person on the team who does.

Michele implements all tasks and functions necessary to put a home on the market. She also coordinates the various steps of the listing process including open houses, tours and showings, and newspaper ads. Her job includes preparing and placing fact sheets, installing lockboxes, ordering signs, placing advertisements in the Washington Post and other print media, as well as placing the home on the internet, and taking interior photos for internet viewers.

Amy is responsible for coordinating the many tasks, meetings, calls and appointments necessary for a settlement to occur. She spends her day on the phone with bank appraisers, loan officers, mortgage processors, termite inspectors, title companies, co-op agents, buyer brokers and settlement attorneys to ensure a smooth and timely closing. Amy will take care of these and many other details involved in getting a case to settlement.

Kris Feldman is an expert buyer agent. She previews every home for sale in the market and is unparalleled when it comes to identifying buyer’s needs, wants and motivations. For over 25 years she has helped countless buyers find their ideal home in the Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, and Rockville areas. She is recognized as Montgomery County’s premier buyer agent. Kris is also a Certified Buyer Specialist and Relocation Expert.

Sue Hall is a Senior Buyer's Agent with the Jane Fairweather Team. She has more than 35 years of real estate sales experience in Montgomery County and the District of Columbia, having achieved the coveted Montgomery County Life Member, Million Dollar Sales Club status. As your Buyer's Agent within the Jane Fairweather Team, Sue will put her many succesful years of experience and expertise to work for you.

Eric is a buyer agent specialist. His focus is on the urban markets of Bethesda and Washington DC. He also specializes in listing rental properties in the Washington Metro area. Having grown up in Bethesda, Eric knows every neighborhood and the unique qualities and characteristics of each community. Eric is the person to contact if you are looking for an investment property, a new home or a temporary rental.

Avi is an expert buyer agent licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Florida. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and valuable experience to each transaction, Avi helps residential buyers, investors and commercial clients search, identify and negotiate the best properties and terms available.He is also an expert in the growing condo market in Rockville, North bethesda, Bethesda, Chevy Chase and NW DC.

Monika is responsible for all marketing, promotion, public relations and community outreach activities. She coordinates new marketing efforts, and analyzes prospective markets before designing campaigns to reach them. She is fully bilingual in English/Spanish and has over 9 years experience in her field.

Kelly is a licensed Buyer Agent in Maryland and DC. She has over 7 years experience assisting first time and "move up" home buyers. Kelly identifies quality properties to meet buyer expectations and succesfully negotiates transactions. Kelly is also the project manager for the development of multiple residential properties currently under construction in Bethesda, MD. In addition, she is the property manager for over 35 tenant occupied properties in DC, Baltimore, Montgomery and Washington Counties.
