Kelly identifies quality properties to meet buyer expectations and succesfully negotiates transactions. Kelly is also the project manager for the development of multiple residential properties currently under construction in Bethesda, MD. In addition, she is the property manager for over 35 tenant occupied properties in DC, Baltimore, Montgomery and Washington Counties. |
