30 Day Report

What is a 30 day report? Think of it as the X-ray on your property after 30 days of market exposure. When we begin our marketing efforts, we do an extensive market analysis to determine the market value of your home and the best pricing strategy to ensure a successful sale.
The one piece of information we do not have at that time is the buyer’s and showing agent’s opinion of your value. Since sellers determine prices but buyers determine VALUE, based on comparison shopping, we cannot get a complete X-Ray of your home until it has been exposed to the market for 30 days. So the 30 day report is a compilations of buyer and agent feedback, sales of competing homes in the last 30 days, new listings that joined the market since you entered the market and competitors that dropped their prices in the last 30 days.

This is a true and complete evaluation of your first 30 days on the market. If at the end of the first 30 days you are yet sold, this report will instruct us on how to better position you in the market place and how to improve your homes presentation to ensure a sale in the next 30 days.

The Fairweather Report Online

The Fairweather Report is a quarterly market update for all of Bethesda and Chevy Chase subdivisions. We deliver the report by email for the first three quarter of the year and the final yearend report is mailed to the 20,000 plus households in zip codes 20814, 20815, 20816 and 20817. This report shows the sales by subdivision for the year along with a descriptions of each home and the original and final list prices as well as the final sale price. This information is a real time snapshot of the real estate market in your neighborhood.
